Brief Profile

Mr. Onkareshwar Pandey is a bi-lingual (Hindi-English) Journalist with an experience of over 30 years in Print, Television, Radio & Digital Media. He has been Editor for Six times and have risen to the position by long working as a Reporter, Anchor, Producer, Bureau Chief, Resident Editor, Executive Editor, Managing Editor & Group Editor in his Journalism career.

He has conceptualized, launched and led several Media products such as Magazines, Newspapers and TV Channels. He has been successful in transforming the Media into a real brand rich with innovative content, ideas and brand development initiatives and have successfully made it into a profitable venture.

He was in the Core Group of Sahara Television at the time of its launching and had conceptualized and implemented Sahara News Bureau integrating 1000 Correspondents / Stringers of Print, TV and Digital Media spread across the country.

He has also been a keen Social Worker on various issues including Language, Media, Health, Women and Culture etc. and sincerely feel myself a keen philanthropist by heart.

He has also been organizing Seminars, Workshops & Events on Media, Language, Political, Social and other Contemporary issues in Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Raipur, Mumbai & Guwahati.

He has written six books in Hindi, English & Bhojpuri languages so far & have been a guest to the governments and institutions of Russia, Malayasia, Netherlands, UK & Belgium as an expert on media.
